                                          Suitable for beginners and people with previous experience

                                                      Learn the basic principles of Tai Chi

                                               Simple exercises using using whole body movements

                                                     Learn the Chen style old form (lao jia)

                                         Very good for strengthening the body and calming the mind

                                    Regular practice helps improve both health and martial arts abilities

                             I am a registered instructor with the Tai Chi union for Great Britain (TCUGB)

                                  with over 20 years experience practising internal Chinese martial arts
