Flexifit Circuit Training
Hi! I'm Lahra, a fully qualified level 3 personal trainer and fitness instructor. I'm fully insured and additionally hold a qualification in Metabolic Resistance and Conditioning Training, that's basically circuit training!
At the Village Hall I offer an afternoon class of circuit training. We use our own body weight, weight lifting and cardio exercises for timed circuits suitable for all fitness levels. You work for a set time on each exercise but at your own pace.
Often we use a traditional circuits format but occasionally it's all different to add interest and variety!
Circuits classes can

- Improve stamina
- Increase flexibility
- Improve posture
- Increase strength
- Improve balance and coordination
Come along for a free trial session, then it's £4 per session payable on arrival.
